Tim Allen and Adam Reid at The French
Former executive chef of the Michelin-starred Wild Rabbit in Kingham, Oxfordshire, Tim has previously served as chef-patron at D&D London’s Launceston Place. Under his tenure, the Kensington restaurant won four AA rosettes and a Michelin star
Prior to his positions at The Wild Rabbit and Launceston Place, Tim was senior sous chef at the two-Michelin-starred Whatley Manor in the Cotswolds, where he spent seven years under head chef Martin Burge.
Tim has recently moved back to the North to re-discover his roots, and obviously realised life is much better up here.
We are looking forward to welcoming him to The French to showcase his unique style. Join Adam and Tim on Wednesday 31st January 2018. The event, priced at £100 per person, includes a charitable donation to Hospitality Action, to support the fantastic support that they offer to those in our industry.
A matching wine flight will also be available on the evening.
